My Amazing Modern Beach Home is on a beautiful clean street, in the perfect location.
we just finished the renovations It looks amazing.
we installed new bathrooms, kitchen and floors and a home movie theater
the beach is right in front of the house
roof deck with view, outdoor kitchen and 2 fire pits
open the gate to the beach, or stroll along the venice canals Walk to the Venice Board Walk and Abbott Kinney Street, with restaurants and shopping. Bike on the Famous Santa Monica Strand bike path to the Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade: these are the things I love about the location of my beach house.

the inside is very nicely decorated and comfortable for a family with kids I have 4 children so I understand what it is like to travel with kids.

***this is and exclusive 3 million dollar beach house that requires host approval The price will range from $695 per night to $2000 per night. I do offer short vacation rentals but the auto quote may not be right. Please message me with information about your group and plan. I'm trying to avoid my beach house turning into a party house. I have allowed friend gatherings for short stays on occasion but this is a special request and is not take lightly. The nightly cost with vary based on the size of the group, the length of stay and the time of year. This is an amazing home and location I look forward to meeting you at check in!.
