Summary: Pros: House was large enough for my family of 6. Location was walking distance to Truckee village. Private Jacuzzi. Cons: Outside front door was dirty and had not been swept in weeks. Weeds growing in front of walkway. Two bags of chemicals leaning on the wall next to the front door. Stairs inside the entry way had cobwebs and dead bugs. Again, no cleaning for weeks maybe months. Linens on the beds had stains so I was forced to rewash. We only had two towels for the jacuzzi and there were 6 of us. The area around the jacuzzi was filthy with pine needles and dirt that area had not been cleaned in weeks. Was sent a message that I would be notified if early check in was available to give the cleaning crew enough time to "fluff our pillows & make sure the counters are clean." I never received a message and there is no way a cleaning crew was there on the day of our arrival. I called Vacasa after arrival on Thursday and was told the local Vacasa team would contact me immediately. Unfortunately, I was not contacted until Friday evening which is 24 hours after my original call. I asked the gentleman for more towels and they were delivered that night. I also asked for the supervisor to contact me and have never heard from them. I have many pictures to back all the issues that I stated. Very disappointed in the service and the lack of care taken to ensure that the property was clean and adequately stocked for 6 guests.
