1 *No Smoking Indoors*: Smoking is not permitted inside the house when windows are closed. Feel free to enjoy the balconies with stunning views and watch beautiful birds. Any lingering smells at checkout may incur charges of INR 3000 for deep cleaning.
2 *Energy Conservation*: Kindly switch off lights, geysers, and ACs when not in use or when away to save energy.
3 *Home Delivery Hours*: Home deliveries are allowed until 11 pm. After this time, guests are requested to collect orders from the main gate.
4 *Pool Timings and Dress Code*: The swimming pool is open from 9 am until 7 pm. Please adhere to the appropriate swimming dress code.
5 *Housekeeping Charges*: Daily housekeeping is available at a minimum cost, the owner provides cleaning services only at check-in.
