guests have access to the entire home and 75-acre property. Please be mindful of the area and do not go beyond the driveway you made the U-turn to get to the cabin as it is private property.
secluded on 75 private acres, there is another cabin nearby that is unoccupied, all of the acreage is yours to explore!
the driveway is steep, a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended though not always necessary when the weather is nice The property may be difficult to access in the winter if there is snow - we make every effort to have the driveway cleared, however, there is a chance you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up about 400 yards.
please note there is limited mobile phone reception, especially for verizon customers AT&T and T-Mobile customers may get reception but it is not guaranteed.
while the starlink internet service is incredible for remote areas, please note that storms may cause intermittent connectivity issues
if you do go down to the creek, please no swimming!
there is another cabin on the property that is unoccupied, please do not try and enter it as it is unsafe
