the loft is located on the third floor of an industrial building (no elevator access, guests must be able to climb two flights of stairs) There is a tool shop on the ground floor that is open until 5pm on weekdays, as well as a pet lodging/grooming establishment. the building itself remains very quiet, but please note that street noise can be loud - especially in the morning!
there is also a beautiful open event space attached to this loft that is regularly used for artistic and creative occasions (separate booking process)
