1 check-in/check-out:
check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2 smoking and vaping:
our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3 pets:
sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.
4 quiet hours:
please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5 maximum occupancy:
the maximum number of guests allowed is 6 Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6 parties and events:
