the second bedroom has two queen beds, water views and attached full bathroom This bedroom also has an exterior door that leads to the screened porch. This room also has a desk area overlooking the marsh for those who need to work while on their travels.

jones creek boat ramp is less than 1/2 mile away Jones creek is a high tide only ramp...there is no water and access to pull a boat at low tide.
sunbury boat ramp is about a 15 minute drive away & is access/use is not tide dependent
there are a few steps to get into the house at all entrances While there are handrails throughout, there is no wheelchair ramp to access the house.
we are accessible to our guests throughout their stay and pride ourselves on always responding promptly We give our guests their space to enjoy the property on their own but are happy to lend a hand as needed. We have helped with everything from launching kayaks to baiting crab pots & cooking crabs and have even provided tutorials on how to pick & clean blue crabs. Quite often we are asked to meet up with guests at the dock to share restaurant & sightseeing suggestions which we are happy to do - there is nothing better than learning about the area you are visiting from a local! Our goal is to provide a 5 star experience for every guest, every stay.
