built in the traditional beach style, a flight of stairs takes you to the lower-level porch This is where the kids will go to escape the adults, who will surely have commandeered the upstairs porch. The front door opens to the lower-level bedrooms. The master has a King-size bed, with new mattress, designer bedding, a private bath, and opens to the shady screened rear porch (complete with several rocking chairs - perfect for a quiet get away) The other two downstairs rooms (one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds) are also furnished with new mattresses and share a bath. One of these bedrooms opens to that same shady screened porch.

This large, screened porch features a wicker pub table with four chairs and a comfortable lounging area with wicker loveseat and rockers - all decorated with high-end designer outdoor fabrics. it will be hard to leave this wonderful space!
