Located in a quiet residential area, just 800m from Playa Burriana, Nerja’s main beach where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and benefitting from a private swimming pool, several terraces and magnificent views of the mountains.
built on 2 levels, private off street parking leads (via approximately 20 steps) to the main entrance, the open plan living area and kitchen is bright and airy thanks to the dual aspect picture windows, the living room has a double sofa bed, a/c and access to a good size terrace The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and also on this level you have 2 twin bedrooms (both with A/C) and a shower room.

the private 7 x 35m pool is surrounded by terraces ideal for making the most of our fantastic climate and equipped with sun beds, hamac, table and chairs/parasols and a brick built barbeque. There is as well darts and a trampoline, games and toys.
