Boasting 140' of lake front access and spacious living, dining, and kitchen with open floor plan - this home is great for family fun. Well-appointed kitchen features electric stove, dishwasher and usual appliances (e.g blender, coffee maker, etc.) plus washer/dryer. Stone patio faces the lake. Attached one and half car garage with automatic door-opener has room for car and gear. Short dock gives easy access to lake.

Larger power boats can be launched from conveniently located town dock. Friendly and helpful owners live across the road and reserve the dock and yard area adjacent to the rental home for personal use. Neighbors are considerate. Renters will enjoy the relaxed setting.
