strictly no smoking, no parties or gathering of more than 7 people is allowed

please use street parking, the driveway parking is for our long term guests on the top floor
trash and recycle pickup is tuesday morning, you may place trash in front of the house on monday evening Please use clear bags for recycle items and black bags for trash.
please keep the strap on the trash/recycle bins latched at all times to keep critters away

we use electronics lock so it's a self check-in however, if you are arriving after midnight please let us know in advance
