exclusive beach community on a barrier island, rated as one of the top five best beaches in the usa by national geographic traveler Loveladies is one of the finest beaches on Long Beach Island. Our four bedroom, three and half bath house is ideally located bayside on a Private Lane with easy Ocean Access a few houses down, only steps to the beach. You can relax and enjoy the low populated beach which has life guards (in summer) at this access. There is also Bay Access on the lane with a dock for crabbing, kayaking and swimming.
the fenced in, gated property boasts a state of the art heated swimming pool with spa, beautiful paver stone pool area with patio furniture, including dinning tables, umbrella, chairs, loungers, outdoor ping pong table and gas bbq grill Accessible from the pool and beach are two outdoor showers with changing areas.
multiple decks at every level Rooftop decks provide gorgeous views of the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. This reverse living home has a magnificent gourmet kitchen with granite tops. The large deck off of the kitchen is great for dining, and enjoying the breezes of the shore.
the upstairs living area has built in bar with wine refrigerator, 60" 4k flat screen tv, cozy chair, and sofas The upper level also includes the Primary Suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with double pedestal sinks and a large shower. There is also a powder room with pedestal sink in the hallway off of the upper living room.
the lower level includes a large living room with 50" 4k flat screen tv and adjacent deck for outdoor relaxing There is a 2nd Suite with a queen size bed, TV, ensuite bath with shower, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds (easily pushed together to make a king). The lower level has a laundry room in addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub.

All bedrooms and both living rooms have ceiling fans to add to the wonderful ocean breezes.
