the downstairs floor of the building is occupied now by a new restaurant and bar called the breakaway's restaurant and bar that is open Music & Noise from downstairs can be heard in the unit during late night and into the early morning hours on occasion. this is a fun and lively neighborhood for anyone looking for the joys of live music, food and company!
two bedrooms, one bathroom, & a large living area provide ample space for you and your guests to enjoy Floor to ceiling windows brighten up the space and provide a classic New Orleans feel to any already historic building. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking essentials for an evening in. A large dining room table, with seating for six, is sure to provide plenty of space to entertain as well. enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee while soaking up the morning sun happily provided by us! we also have an extra fold out cot for any extra guests! just ask!
