Positive: The house and rooms upstairs were nice and the layout and spaciousness was also nice.
Negative: The room in the basement should not have been offered to guests. the room was hot and humid with no real air circulation. it smelled so badly of mustiness that we ended up sleeping in the living room. I also think it should have mentioned the house is shared with the othe section being the owner. as very private people, we just expected to be completely alone with our family.
Summary: Decent home, nice owner, but the basement was not something I think should be listed as a sleepable room.
