split system air conditioning throughout, wired entertainment system, fast unlimited internet / wifi access, smart tvs with complimentary netflix, 3 good size bedrooms, extra spacious ensuite to master bedroom, bathtub & shower to main bathroom, entertainers' deck with manicured gardens and tropical pool, internal laundry, master-chef kitchen, the list goes on!
guests will have access to the whole house apart form the garage and a small locked storage room
there' plenty of space to park 2-3 cars in front of the garage
