The main house has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a family room, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and 3 full ceramic tiled bathrooms. A large thatched-roof gazebo, an ample swimming pool, a garden, and an outside dining area adorn the back of the house. Interior cathedral ceilings and high walls, a soothing breeze from the north, and 360-degree panoramic views from the rooftop of the house of the Atlantic Ocean, the Town of Puerto Plata, and the mountains to the South are hallmarks of this one of kind custom-built house.

You are solely responsible for your belonging inside and outside the apartment. Put your valuables, cash, cell phone, etc., in a safe deposit box located inside a closet in the bedroom. Do not leave belongings in the pool/garden area. Towels or any other items from the apartment are not to be taken off-premises.
