Positive: Excellent communication from the host and a person waiting for us upon arrival to let us in through the electric gates into what is a small collection of houses. Very clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation with a lovely light lounge area and the best equipped kitchen of all the houses we stayed at on our 2025 Greece tour. Based on three floors you can opt for the warm (in summer) upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom or the single or double with shared bathroom downstairs where its a lot cooler and semi underground - bottom of the windows are at ground level. Very comfortable beds and spiral staircase connects all floors. Lots of hot water, plenty for a bath, and a very efficient central heating system. We seemed to be the only people staying in this small gated community and it was super quiet and the view from the lounge area is a picture of peace and tranquility. Great if you prefer being away from the hustle & bustle of the local towns which are close enough if you want to drive out for dinner or groceries. Photos show parking area, the house and gated entrance. We enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it.
