our little red caboose is located in the columbia gorge scenic area, just 20 miles east of portland, or, and just a few miles east of troutdale It has its own bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, a queen bed in the main area & a double bed in the cupola. The caboose rests on 7+ acres, with a beautiful view, in a private park-like setting. There is lots to do in the area, hiking, biking, windsurfing, shopping and music and art events. There are also great restaurants and food carts in nearby Troutdale.

There is a private deck off of the caboose, and a private picnic and campfire area next to the caboose.

The TV has a fire-stick which can access Amazon Prime, etc and there are DVDs available in the caboose, including proclaimed top 10 train movies. Laundry facilities in the main house can be made available upon request and advance notice.
