The little house is part of an old refurbished farmstead, built in traditional perigourdain manner of honey-coloured stone. The house was refurbished to modern and comfortable standards in 1998 and 2010. It is situated in quiet secluded surroundings at the end of a private road on a south-facing hill above the village Tursac in the Vézère river valley.
the facilities (~60sqm) include a large living room, spacious kitchen with dining table, and shower/wc on the ground floor The compact first floor under the eaves comprises a through-room (open to the stairs) and bedroom, with a total of three beds. In summer the upstairs can get warm, the ground floor always remains cool.

the house is ideal for two people +/- 1-2 small children (or potentially three adults who know each other well) A cot for infants can be provided.
