While it is not climate-controlled, its sturdy concrete construction maintains a pleasant interior in the warmer months, complemented by the option to open the modern garage door. For cooler evenings and winter stays, space heaters and electric blankets are provided.

Meanwhile, the 2021 Kingsport Travel Camper provides sleeping space for 3 guests, with a queen and twin bunk bed. Inside, guests will find well-appointed kitchens, equipped with gas range (2 cooking eyes), microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker stocked with complimentary coffee and creamer. All necessary cookware, utensils, and dinnerware are provided. Each has a full bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and shower facilities. High-speed Wi-Fi and USB ports are provided and each unit is climate controlled. The 2021 Kingsport Travel Camper also features a small oven and a 28-inch smart TV.
