Summary: Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. The management was very responsive and friendly. We had a (mostly) great experience here! There were two negatives: - The sofa bed is not really big enough for two people, and it is very uncomfortable. We called the management company to ask for a mattress pad but they did not have anything like that available. I would not recommend this location for more than 3 people, since the sofa bed is not really big enough for two. Our 2 kids (ages 12 & 16) slept badly and complained a lot. - The cleaning could have been better. There was dried out cheese on the floor in the living room, and the baking sheet also had dried food stuck to it. If you stay here in the summer, you should be aware that the city of Quebec has fireworks every Tuesday & Thursday night. They are very close by, and pretty loud here. It’s fun to go and see them! But if the loud noise will bother you, a different location farther from the river might be better for you in summer.
