the cleaning fee covers the costs of a cleaning which is carried out before your arrival, on the basis of accommodation left normally clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you (the consumables provided are a welcome kit and we do not supply others)
- before each arrival, a general inventory of the accommodation with photo is carried out If you notice the slightest anomaly or a lack on your arrival, you must report it to us (with photo) within 5 working hours.
- if the accommodation is left very dirty, with unwashed or poorly washed dishes, and/or with waste, if the equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes.. our teams will be able to report it immediately and we may seek financial compensation from you for damages and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation can amount depending on the case to several times the value of the cleaning fee or according to the actual costs (dishes not/poorly washed = €10/item, smell of cigarettes = €150, torn/stained sheets = €50.. .)..
