perfect for large families, mom’s group getaways, and multi-family trips Our freshly remodelled 3 bedroom 3 bath A-Frame House is bright and open and instantly makes you feel at home. It sits on the hillside on 2 acres with 3 special guests: Tina, Turner, and Buck: our Alpaca/Llama family! It’s a 9 minute drive to downtown Lava and 15 Minutes to Pebble Ski Area. plenty of room to spread out and relax

2 levels featuring a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry on the main floor Head upstairs to the open loft with 4 queen beds, a lounging area with TV, books, and games. Upstairs also features two more bedrooms including our master suite with a king bed, TV, and bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and gorgeous sunset views. The King suite also has a separate entrance to the rooftop patio that will be ready this Spring. A second bathroom and shower is located off the loft.
