• driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found, even a tiny bit on either the grass or street, please be aware that security will stop to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being tagged, vehicles in violation will be towed.
• all guests must stop by the front desk on sand mine road before going to the unit to get registered and check in
• all guests must check-in at the regal palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
• this unit is eligible for a max of 10 guest wristbands, which are required for amenity access and up to 2 parking permits, received at check-in

The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.
