8 bedrooms all sleeping 2 2 of the bedrooms have an additional sofa bed allowing the option of use as a family room. The property sleeps 20 plus 2 babies. Cot and travel cot are provided as required.
we have 6 bath and shower rooms of which 3 are en suite
there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one double/family with double sofa bed, one twin, and a further double with double sofa bed and with space for cot, and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, 1 of which is ensuite to the family room
there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, as well as an additional bathroom The ensuite room has a king size double bed and room for a cot, and two twin rooms have zip and link beds which can be combined to form a double.
there are stairs from the main hall down to the lower ground floor On the lower ground floor are the cinema lounge with bar area with wine fridge, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a king sized double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other room has twin zip and link beds which can be arranged as 2 singles or as a double. There is also a further shower room serving the other bedroom.
