The house has a large kitchen/diner and offers flexible living along with well-equipped living spaces. All 5 of the bedrooms are spacious and made up of a combination of a comfortable king sized, 2 doubles and 2 twins with 2 singles in each.

the newly refurbished house, ripon house, has four spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people The large kitchen/diner and separate living room are perfect social spaces and a great place to eat and relax together.

our lovely living room boasts a sizeable sofa alongside a comfortable circle chair for relaxing in You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.
kitchen/diner
our spacious kitchen/diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils.
w/c
in the hallway of the house there is a w/c with a wash basin This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.
bedroom 1, 2 & 3
the first three bedrooms are located on the first floor The rooms are spacious and homely, making it a lovely space to relax in your own space. Bedroom 1 is the master room and has an ensuite with a walk in shower. Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed whereas Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Each room has a decent sized wardrobe to hang and store your clothes. There is a dressing table/desk in both the double rooms as well as plenty of plug sockets for your electronics. A fan is available to use in each room.

the outdoor big garden and patio area is a great place to enjoy in the sunshine The area can be accessed through the patio doors from the kitchen-diner and has a back gate which leads out to the parking spaces. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.

there are two off-street parking spaces, one at the rear/side of the house in front of the garage and the other directly in front of the front door On-street parking is also available close to the house for any additional vehicles.
