Recent park improvements including a fishing pier, picnic pavilion, children's play equipment, and horse shoe pits were constructed in Lake Park. Located close to public dock.

the main house is over 2200 sqft of newly remodeled living space and a brand new 640 sqft Pool House, both boasting very tasteful modern coastal design with well thought out amenities. The main and guest houses are joined by a brand new 20,000+ gallon, (40x20) heated salt-water pool with a double size spa, shallow water sunbathing deck as well as an outdoor shower for furry and non-furry guests.
guests have access to all spaces in the house The pool is not heated year round. We will typically begin heating the pool between the end of December and the middle of January and may keep it heated through March depending on the weather. We will have to heat the pool occasionally throughout the year when we have unexpected cold snaps but we cannot guarantee instant gratification as it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired comfort. We will only heat the pool when the temperature is expected to fall below 78 degrees for more than two days of your stay. The pool heater will not work for temperatures that fall below 65 degrees. If the temperatures lows are expected to be below 65 degrees, the pool will not be heated. Special requests will be considered case-by-case and may result in an additional fee.
the community boat ramp is not for guests use All guests are prohibited to used the Community HOA boat ramp. Boat ramp is Privately owned and locked at all times. All Guest Boater will need to used the public boat ramp at Shepard Park in Stuart.
guest's must provide their own transportation around the area We recommend, If a Taxi Service is needed to use Uber or lyft services.
all stays longer than 28 days are required a bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

cancellations and refunds
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
