located north of route 6a in west barnstable, this architect-owned estate offers impressive architectural design, tremendous views of sandy neck, an heated in-ground pool and sleeping for a maximum of 14 in two houses and 7 bedrooms Both homes on the property have been updated. The main house (4 bedrooms and 4 baths) has hardwood floors throughout, granite counter tops, newer appliances, plenty of living space, central A/C, and four full baths. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (a King, a Queen and 2 twins) plus a fourth bedroom, with two twin beds, in the lower level apartment. The apartment also has a full kitchen and a living area with TV. The apartment is only accessible from an exterior entrance, not from the rest of the house. The main house offers a loft to relax in which is located up the stairs from the living area, and equipped with a 50” flat screen TV. Wireless internet is also provided. The heated swimming pool is located right next to the main house and looks out over a huge yard and Sandy Neck in the distance.
the the smaller house called the "carriage house" (3 bedrooms, 15 baths) is located about 250 feet across the lawn and features a 3rd full kitchen. The three bedrooms are upstairs along with the full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. You also have the best views of the tidal marsh and distant Cape Cod Bay from the covered deck. There is a half bath on the main level along with another living area and TV.
there are two laundry areas, one in the main house and one in the carriage house The pool area offers a deck area with tables for eating along with a gas grill for cooking out by the pool. Both homes have covered porches to escape the summer sun.
there is a third building on the grounds that is not for guest use but does have an office space that is used occasionally
