2 Septic System: The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3 Navigating the Lake: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats. Please make sure to bring your bumpers!.
4 Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts on different areas of the lake. appearances can be deceiving, and the water levels can flucuate daily!
5 Life Jackets: Some lifejackets are provided for guest use, but sizes and availability may not suit everyone. Guests are encouraged to bring their own to ensure they have the appropriate safety gear for each individual. Additional lifejackets can be purchased locally or borrowed from the nearby Coast Guard Auxiliary.
