the entrance hallway leads into an open-plan lounge-diner, beautifully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a tv, and a gorgeous log-burner, perfect for cosy autumn-winter stays Tall bay windows at the front let in loads of natural sunlight, while at the rear, a modern dining table with seating for seven guests opens onto the rear courtyard garden. Further along the hallway, you'll find a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, and TV room all-in-one. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with a breakfast bar ideal for keeping the chef company. The adjacent TV area with a sofa and wall-mounted TV allows kids to watch their favourite series while you cook. The kitchen also opens onto the enclosed rear courtyard, featuring a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Under the stairs, the space has been utilised well and offers a downstairs toilet and sink.
