* the pontoon boat is provided at no additional charge for your stay and is available for your use We maintain the boat to the best of our abilities and perform checks before each guest's arrival to make sure that they are charged and in working order. However, we cannot control mechanical failures or other unforeseen circumstances that may make the boat unusable for your stay. In the event the boat is not in working order, no refunds will be given. The rate quoted is purely for the rental of the house and the property itself.
