The kitchen opens to the large dining area providing plenty of room for the family to gather around.
for those that need a workspace how about one looking out onto the beach and lake Working from this home office allows you the flexibility to work AND vacation. The office has a pull-out couch which sleeps two people. There is also a walkout to the deck. There is also a two-piece bath on the main floor which houses the washer/dryer.
the main bedroom is on the first floor boasting a king-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom Upstairs you'll find two good sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a cozy reading nook if you want to take yourself off to be alone. The other full bathroom is on this floor too.

- when you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay
- smoking is not permitted inside
- small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area
- the bbq is available for your use and runs on propane Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client..
