1 You MUST be over the age of 25 to rent this condo.
2 No smoking or vaping within 20 feet of the doorways. (no smoking on the back porch)
3 No pets allowed. (for those with severe allergies, please note the owners bring a dog to the condo on occasion)
4 No gatherings, parties, or events allowed.
5 Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm-7am.
6 Please keep wet towels & clothing off the furniture and carpets.
