Positive: The house was comfortable and well appointed. Host was responsive, polite and professional.
Negative: the lake the the house was on has pretty much dried up and most of the docks in the cove were on dry land. our dock was so low, it was difficult to even walk on. It was more of a muddy pond and we could not enjoy any water activities at all, which really was what we were paying for.
Summary: comfortable home but disappointing experience
