Finally, you will love the proximity to Sugarloaf USA's 162 trails over 1240 skiable acres for skiing, the Maine Huts and Trails network for hiking & mountain biking, the Bigalow Mountains and Appalachian Trail, as well as ITS and Black Fly Loop snowmobile trails and cross country skiing, snowshoeing trails just out the door! For security, we have an outdoor camera at the front door/driveway area and a noise decibel monitoring device.
