the entire home is part of your rental except the garage ....we utilize part of the garage for our cleaning supplies , extra sheets etc and is locked
close to gunstock ski area, gilford , laconia and alton bay and all shops and restaurants are close by car and of course boat!! bike trails are nearby, enjoy mountain biking, snowmobiling, ice fishing*, fishing, and boating are a must!
*you can access the frozen lake(weather depending) from the beach please use caution
