the home sits opposite of the lake with a fun, family public park, a sandy beach, a harbor, and an ice cream shop within easy reach—just under half a mile away! additionally, in the spacious backyard, the ping pong table and numerous yard games housed in the garage provide a wonderful opportunity to relish the outdoors

- no more than 2 cars on site
- do not park on road or in neighbors' way!
- all furniture must be put back where it is found!
- no shoes on while inside the home
- quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am
- please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure
- you must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
