Spacious living room, with a large smart TV and free Wi-fi. kitchen is fully equipped for a short or long getaway with appliances, crockery, cutlery and pantry items!
it is only a short 10 minute walk down to summerland point reserve & boat harbour, you will also find a cafe/bakery, restaurant, food works, bottle shop and a few other shops
modern bathroom also provided with bath towels and also have a limited supply of hand soap and toilet paper you will also find a separate toilet and also a laundry with facilities to use such as a washing machine and dryer!
lake macquarie escape also invites pets to the property as it is fully securely fenced, perfect for your fur babies to enjoy the scenery This fully fenced yard is also great for young kids so you can relax on the balcony while the kids play.
please bare in mind that the height on the front fence is not very high (if you have a dog that loves to jump)
