There is a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower surround, and efficient mini-split AC/Heat. The house has a fenced in backyard (great for Fido and the kids) with a patio set, charcoal grill, fire pit, and hammock and is on the county road going to our shared swimming/fishing dock (truck/SUV or walk). access to volleyball, basketball, playground, tons of outdoor games a pavilion and a fabulous lake view right next door!
