this three bedroom, two bathroom 2000-square foot house is perched on the bluff overlooking gorgeous lake michigan It is perfectly located only ten minutes from downtown St. Joseph, Harbor Shores, and popular Silver Beach, which is fantastic for families.
enjoy the custom stone fire pit, expansive back deck with grill and outdoor seating and dining, and the gorgeous sunsets over lake michigan each evening
while the water views are amazing, there is no beach access at the house due to the steep bluff
however, there are four great beaches within ten minutes, including rocky gap less than threes mile away, jean klock, and silver beach in st Joseph.

the house is located on a peaceful and private street overlooking lake michigan
after a day enjoying the sun, sand, and blue water at one of the nearby beaches, return home to an open floor plan with views of the water from the living room, kitchen, and dining room, as well as the primary bedroom upstairs
