Relax on the balconies that overlook the water or swim & sun on the brand new 2 story boathouse. Neighborhood launch so you can bring your watercraft with you or rent one from our local marina. Also has a nice size dock that brings you closer to the water. Relax or jump in, either way its an awesome way to spend your days and nights, Ladder provides easy entry and exiting from the lake and several dock cleats and bumpers around the perimeter of the boat dock allows you to tie up your boat or jetski while enjoying your vacation..
