please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. It could be done on the porch, right outside your window, right outside guest's outside doors. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
