the house is on a cul de sac making it extremely quiet and also safe for children to bike around
the very spacious interior includes a brand new high end gourmet kitchen, living room with stone fireplace and high ceilings, a dining room with an extra-large table accommodating 12 people, a master bedroom suite with king size bed; a walk in closet, and a large brand new bathroom with bathtub, separate shower The master bedroom, living room and dining room have sliding glass doors opening on the pool deck and garden.
there are 2 additional guest rooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin beds or bunk bed (additional bed in trundle) The guest bathroom is also brand new (equipped with Hansgrohe, Madeli and Toto).
