only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants, little shops and supermarkets you find our recently refurbished bright and spacious duplex apartment, equipped with finest finishings and a stylish decoration A private parking in front of the house, guarantees an easy arrival to the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. For maximum comfort, the duplex is equipped with an efficient aire condition system in the living-and dining area as well as the bedrooms. The property consists of a bright living- and dining room with an open kitchen, directly connected with a furnished terrace with sea and mountain views. On the same floor is located a separate WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where you find a comfortable 1.60 m double bed. Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where two double bed rooms and two fully equipped bathrooms are located. The location is very quiet and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in an exclusive environment. Free Wifi is avaible in the whole property.
