Summary: The hotel offered online check in to save time when checking in at the lobby. I completed the online check in, but had to provide the same information and forms again when I checked in at the hotel. The online check in seemed pointless. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room design was poor. The curtains did not close all the way, allowing a street light to shine directly in the room, hitting a mirror, which reflected the light directly at the pillow area of the bed. A bathmat towel and washcloth were on the side of the tub. When I moved these towels, a cockroach ran out.
