Positive: The appartment is huge with everything needed for a long stay, comfortably accommodating a large family vacation. It has fantastic outside space getting sunshine all day, the sunbeds, canopies and tables and chairs are in excellent condition. The kitchen has all the things needed to make meals. Beds are comfy and supportive. Supermarkets very close. The appartment block has dedicated staff who keep the pool, walkways, street very clean and are constantly at work and are very friendly. The owner and local agent were excellent at engaging with me prior and during my visit. If you have a car there's a dedicated parking space within 20m. It really is a lovely appartment.
Negative: The location is out of town. There are a few bars within a 5 minute walk, the better ones are 15 minutes away, a walk into town is 35 minutes as are the beaches, taxis cost €7 from town. However, i knew all this in advance so it is no criticism of the appartment. The upstairs appartment tiled floors create some noise, but this must be expected in a residential block.
