villa: the rooms are on two floors The portico leads to the living area composed of a sitting room and dining room with large windows that let in a lot of light. From here you go on to the kitchen gathered around a winter garden, ideal for pleasant outdoor meals; also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom. A brick staircase in the living room leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area composed of three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. DEPENDANCE: About 15 m from the house is an attractive annex with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower.

the welcoming pool is situated within the lawned garden on a side of the property next to the park and guarantees absolute privacy It is 30 m from the house and is reached along a driveway flanked by a splendid mixed hedge and flowers. Rectangular, with salt purification, it is lined and edged with pearl-white stone and has stone steps for access to the water. It measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m and has two hydro-massage areas. Surrounding it is a manicured lawn with sunbeds and an umbrella. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
