Positive: A very spacious apartment, well appointed and equipped. Everything seemed new and functioned correctly. Also very quiet as it is located on the margin between a residential area and a large area of waste ground. There probably isn't much "night life" in the area but that was fine for us. On-street parking outside was easily found when we were there. Access is via three flights of stairs, which might not suit everybody.
Negative: Clear glass in the front windows would have given a view of the hills from the dining table. It was a bit cool when we were there to have the windows open. Not really a complaint though, just an observation.
Summary: Qverall we were very satisfied and would recommend.
