four double bedrooms with south facing all filled with natural lights - two bedrooms have a balcony facing the sea allowing you to appreciate the spanish sunshine all year round
one bedroom has its own ensuite
all rooms have ac/heater, and there is a safe in 1 bedroom To conserve energy as we are environmentally conscious- we installed solar panels for hot water consumption.

kitchen is new and modern - it has full cooking facilities including a microwave oven
laundry and drying machine located at the back The house has a covered garage.
at the front of the house there is a sun terrace where you can dine al fresco looking out to sea
