Located in the small village of Cazeaux-de-Larboust, between the Peyragudes resort (slopes visible from the solarium) and Bagnères-de-Luchon, this cottage is perfect for hosting, summer and winter, family or friendly gatherings for mountain stays. All outdoor leisure activities are possible within a radius of 20km: hiking from the cottage, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding 5km away, fishing... Luchon is only 8km away; in addition to all the shops and useful services, there are thermal baths (and very soon a beautiful aquatic area), swimming pool, golf course, lake, equestrian center... The Pyrénées Hô adventure park is 23km away (tree climbing, climbing...) and Spain is 26km away. The cottage is housed in a typical old Pyrenean farm: the pebble-paved courtyard is accessed via a porch (parking possible for 2 cars in front of this porch). The courtyard is surrounded by 3 U-shaped buildings: - the stone dwelling house, dating from 1856, where the sleeping area of the cottage is located. On the ground floor: large entrance with cloakroom and library, storeroom (washing machine), TV lounge/office (sofa bed), WC with washbasin. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 160x200cm. One of them has its own private shower room/WC. Large shared shower room/WC. On the 2nd attic floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm) (3 beds 90x200cm, office), shower room/WC - a barn transformed over its entire volume into a living room/kitchen: accessible from the house by a few steps, the barn accommodates the living room and its stove (integrated kitchen, large table for group meals, comfortable living room, games area, reading area, music area (hi-fi system)). A covered balcony extends it - and the other barn facing it shelters the covered terrace and the solarium above. Water point in an outbuilding. A low wall separates the 4th side of the courtyard from a meadow below (washing line)..
